Preparing Rural Americans for the Postpandemic Economy: Lessons from Utah

Successful programs from rural Utah can serve as a model for other rural communities in the US to prepare them for the postpandemic economy. Goals of these programs include relying on skilling and reskilling to meet the needs of employers, diversifying the workforce and economy, and building mutually beneficial partnerships.
