Born between 1997 and 2012, Gen Z now represents about 30 percent of the total global population and will make up 27 percent of the workforce by 2025. Research by The Conference Board on European Gen Zers finds that most members of this generation see themselves as determined change makers, who tend to think outside the box and are not afraid to challenge the status quo. Some say they are a force for good, some say they are entitled, but they are the new wave of talent and companies need to understand their drivers and expectations to attract and retain them.
