Moving Forward on a Well-Being Journey for a Large Diverse Workforce

CVS Health® understands that life is busy, so we need to make our colleague’s path to well-being simple, fun and rewarding. We also understand that everyone is at a different stage in their personal health journey. Whether a colleague is a fitness fanatic, allergic to exercise or somewhere in between, the “My Well-being” program was designed to keep each of its 300,000 colleagues moving on their own individual journey to well-being. The program provides personalized holistic support for six central dimensions of health, originally developed through an Aetna collaboration with the Harvard H.T. Chan School of Public Health.

As an attendee of this webcast, you will be able to:

  • Understand the resources, tools, and communication strategies used to meet the needs of a diverse workforce.
  • List the six dimensions of personalized support and what type of resources support each.
  • Understand engagement strategies – what has worked well and what has not.

Who should attend: Benefits, Well-being and Human Resources professionals
