NB: In this episode, Joe Cohen references his reading of Walter Isaacson’s biography on Ben Franklin and comments that Mr. Franklin was a slave owner. Mr. Cohen would like to point out that upon further reading of the book, he learned that towards the end of his life, Mr. Franklin renounced slavery and called for its abolition.
