Press Release

To Elevate Corporate America’s Female Talent, CED Announces New Class of Leadership Fellows New Class of Leadership Fellows

2023-09-28

Today, the Committee for Economic Development, the public policy center of The Conference Board (CED), announced the 2023-2024 class of Fellows participating in its Fellowship Program for Mid-Career Women Professionals.

The program is an innovative corporate mentorship, leadership, and networking initiative that helps to create pathways for mid-career women to attain roles in the C-Suite. Doing so expands female participation at the highest echelons of corporate leadership.

“Now entering its third year, this fellowship program for women professionals helps develop and elevate America’s talent. By doing so, CED helps these leaders realize their full potential, which in turn strengthens America’s economic impact at a time of unprecedented global competition. We are privileged to have yet another extraordinary class of Fellows working with CED and our vast network of business executives,” said Dr. Lori Esposito Murray, President of CED.

Over the course of the year-long program, the Fellows will participate in CED’s programming and networks, including regularly joining briefings with CED Trustees and distinguished public policy leaders. They will also participate in a Leadership Development seminar series, featuring talks with prominent CED Trustees and leaders across the business and public policy communities, and be invited to the annual Women Lead Festival hosted by The Conference Board.

The program was made possible by founding sponsor Genworth, and Seyfarth, who is joining this year as a sponsor. For the full list of 2023-2024 CED Fellows, click here.
