Managing change is hard. Managing change for 6,000+ people across 47 offices in 27 countries? That's even harder. 2018 was a year of new for Lionbridge: new brand, new website, new commitment to global communication. What was needed was a constant—a digital hub through which we could disseminate information, encourage collaboration, inspire inclusivity, and build a true community. We're a people-first company, and this was an opportunity to prove it to the very people who work here. With awesome technology, a strong vision from our CEO, and a couple of bulldog puppy photos, we pulled it off.
