The positive attitude of the leaders of marketing and communications teams is beginning to soften. Increasing workloads plus the drive for improved productivity lead to calls for increased budgets that are not yet materializing. While this has been a consistent theme in recent years, many CMOs and CCOs are exploring new solutions to the challenge to make what they have work harder.
