The digitization of HR is a hot topic among human capital practitioners and thought leaders. But when HR leaders think about digital transformation’s impacts, they often focus on the ways technology can improve the delivery of HR services. Far less attention has been paid to digital transformation’s impact HR’s role: 1) the new ways it’s expected to deliver business value and 2) the knowledge, capabilities, and skills HR leaders need to deliver against those expectations.
