This diagnostic tool can be used to help organizations determine the engagement levels of their teams. Leaders and members of highly engaged teams exhibit work behaviors that enable high engagement levels and strong team performance. This tool can be used to assess the level of engagement in teams by looking at 16 behaviors of team leaders and members. After filling out the form, teams should get together for a debrief of result and to discuss action planning.
