Beyond Technology: Building a New Organizational Culture to Succeed in an Era of Digital Transformation

This report is based on the shared wisdom of more than 400 C-suite and senior level executives and academics from across Europe who attended The Conference Board’s Future of Digital Transformation and Innovation unConference in Brussels in October 2016. Participants in the unConference believe that Europe is at a digital crossroads. A new, emerging mode of innovation powered by digital technologies blurs the lines between government, the private sector and industry, academia, and civil society. Becoming a true digital organization is not just about becoming tech-savvy.
