Product stewardship audits are an important tool to help companies evaluate and improve how they fulfill their stewardship obligations. Audits can also help quantify and demonstrate a company’s stewardship capabilities both internally and externally. This report shares the results of a 2020 benchmarking survey on the use of audits by members of the Product Stewardship & Regulatory Affairs (PSRA) Council of The Conference Board.
