The focus of this second report is to drill down into how to execute a continuous listening (CL) strategy, with an emphasis on providing actionable insight into three practical challenges:
- Building the business case for CL to ensure buy-in from stakeholders across the business, including the why, what, and how of CL
- Defining and delivering stakeholder value propositions to understand who the CL listening program aims to serve and for what purpose(s)
- Setting up an effective CL program, including governance structure, building an expert community for enterprise-wide expertise and ownership, and survey management
