Building an Agile HR Function: Four Pathways to Success

A fully Agile HR function can enhance the strategic agility of the business by working openly with customers and stakeholders to continuously prioritize HR projects that deliver the most value. In this report, we define Agile HR, provide examples of what this means in practice, and suggest four pathways toward Agile HR. The choice of the most suitable pathway should be based on two considerations: the business need for greater speed and flexibility to design and deliver HR solutions, and the function’s readiness for change.
