A total of 94% of CEOs in the C-Suite Outlook 2024 survey by The Conference Board believe that artificial intelligence (AI) will require a focus on new skills and training. In tandem with this most recent round of digital transformation is a sustainable transformation of the economy. Today 30% of the world’s energy comes from renewables, and investment in solar power is on course to overtake spending on oil production for the first time. While AI may grab headlines, companies also need to focus on their workforce’s sustainability knowledge, skills, and mindset to support innovation to take advantage of business opportunities.
