The Corporate Governance and Stewardship Council is an exclusive Pan-European group dedicated to executives with governance interest and responsibility within selected multinational organisations. Members will include Senior Corporate Governance Officers, Corporate Secretaries, Secretaries to Board of Directors and Institutional Investors responsible for corporate governance policies and will maintain strong connections with the Corporate Governance Research Center, in Europe and in the US.
