This working group will discuss TA’s role in strategic & operational workforce planning including creating and updating workforce plan (forecasting supply and demand); implementing HC analytics to manage TA data; working with organizational teams (HR, Operational, financial & legal teams) the C-suite and Board; managing TA capacity and structure; leveraging the insights and data from strategic workforce plans.
Collaboration across the whole organization is necessary for SWP, including TA/TM, finance, legal/risk, compensation, mobility, and learning & development. In addition, many workforce models require organization-wide culture changes. Themes include SWP ownership and management, available tools and technologies, stakeholder alignment on reports, and change management.
