Moving away from a fossil fuel base requires helping employees to make the transition to new jobs by building skills and capabilities, as well as working with suppliers to help them adjust their business models to renewable energy conditions and more. Going beyond the company approach she shares the importance of the impact of governmental policies on creating a good base for developing ‘just’ solutions to the climate challenge.
