Job Satisfaction

This annual survey is a barometer of US worker satisfaction

Job Satisfaction: 2013 Edition

June 20, 2013 | Report

For the seventh straight year, less than half of U.S. workers are satisfied with their jobs, according to the 2013 version of The Conference Board Job Satisfaction Survey. In spite of the gloomy news, job satisfaction has, across most regions and demographic variables, completely recovered from its prerecession figures. This glimpse of hope may signify that organizations may soon experience the positive effects of a more engaged workforce.
