Four Pathways to Agile HR

To date, there is some uncertainty about what is meant by Agile HR, and even more so about how to operationalize Agile principles and values in the HR function. Based on our cutting-edge research into Next Generation HR and solid theoretical foundations, we provide a working definition of Agile HR, explore examples of what this means in practice, and suggest four pathways towards Agile HR. The choice of the most suitable pathway should be based on two considerations: the business need for greater speed and flexibility to design and deliver HR solutions, and the function’s readiness for change.

After attending this webcast, you will be able to:

  • Have a clear understanding of the characteristics of an Agile HR operating model
  • Understand the potential advantages of Agile HR, illustrated through practical examples
  • Better assess the suitability of Agile HR for your organization based on two critical considerations
  • Choose between four operational pathways to decide which might be the most appropriate way toward implementing Agile HR  for your strategic needs and context
