Summary 

The Conference Board is holding a series of Chatham House Rule discussions on building your sustainability culture over the course of four sessions.

This kick-off meeting, 99 executives from 73 member companies discussed (I) what it means by building a sustainabilty culture, (II) the elements of a succesfful corporate culture in general, (III) the key obstacles and accelerants in developing such a culture, and (IV) the main opportunities and risks in having such a culture.

Participating in a Working Group session is an exclusive benefit for our ESG Center Members. As with our other Working Groups and Roundtable discussions, this session was held under the Chatham House Rule to provide a forum for a truly candid and constructive conversation.
