Session Two - The Changing Benefits Landscape

Background

Drawing upon the research and resources of The Conference Board’s Human Capital Center, this four-session Roundtable series under Chatham House Rule will utilize case studies and participant challenges and successes to address the following key areas:

(1) How can total rewards better support changing business needs and employee priorities?

(2) What ‘benefits’ really means in today’s changing landscape and how can they be more impactful for both employers and employees?

(3) How can compensation shift to partner more fully to support future success?

(4) How can we integrate the various elements of total rewards to create a holistic, impactful employee experience?

In the second session, we will cover new and refreshed benefits, strategic rationale for expansion, and measurable results, as well as repositioning other benefits for greater impact. Session topics include:

  • Understanding the benefits evolution
  • Changing definitions of benefits and implications for improved ROI
  • Improving benefits equity and personalization
  • Exploring the rise of employee well-being
  • Leveraging lessons learned during the pandemic
  • Improving communication and change management

This four-part Roundtable series is intended for CHRO; EVP/SVP/VP of Compensation, benefits, and Total Rewards; Chief Engagement Officers; Chief Diversity Officers; and their direct reports.

The Conference Board Human Capital Center (HC) Roundtable discussions bring HR leaders and experts  together to discuss timely, strategic issues under the Chatham House Rule, generating actionable insights for participants and their organizations. Participating in this Roundtable series is an exclusive benefit for our HC Members. There is no fee associated with this program.
