Background

To help solve the current labor shortage, many Human Capital Center members are investing in talent marketplaces. These programs help enable internal talent mobility and workforce reskilling, alleviate pressure on external recruiting, and enhance employee engagement and retention. Join this roundtable series to explore with fellow members how to create a truly effective talent marketplace.

This three-session member-only roundtable series will be conducted under Chatham House Rule to ensure that members can speak freely and confidentially with one another. At each of the three sessions, participants will hear from subject matter experts, participate in breakout groups with their peers, and learn from member success stories. 

Session 3: Enhancing and Expanding Talent Marketplaces

• In what ways can a talent marketplace platform (TMP) be enhanced and expanded over time?
• What are the challenges to enhancing and expanding a TMP?
• What are effective strategies for overcoming these challenges?

This three-part Roundtable series is intended for CHROs; Chief Talent Officers; Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, and Learning leaders and their direct reports.
