DEI Under Pressure: Continuing the Work While Assessing the Risks

February 13, 2025 01:00 PM ET - 02:00 PM ET | Virtual Meeting

Already a Member? Go to myTCB®

This roundtable will explore how member companies can and are preserving their diversity initiatives in the face of legal and political pressure as well as escalating backlash. We will discuss the importance of reviewing DEI initiatives with a focus on tangible, business-aligned policies that break down barriers to opportunity, strengthen talent pipelines, and foster belonging.

Attendees will share and come away with fresh insights to maintain DEI’s core principles while mitigating the risks often associated with its most visible components.
