Evolving Total Rewards Landscape: Navigating the Path Forward (Session 3)
May 14, 2024 01:00 PM ET - 04:00 PM ET | Virtual Meeting
Session Three - Compensation: Beyond the Basics
Background
Drawing upon the research and resources of The Conference Board’s Human Capital Center, this four-session Roundtable series under Chatham House Rule will utilize case studies and participant challenges and successes to address the following key areas:
(1) How can total rewards better support changing business needs and employee priorities?
(2) What ‘benefits’ really means in today’s changing landscape and how can they be more impactful for both employers and employees?
(3) How can compensation shift to partner more fully to support future success?
(4) How to integrate the various elements of total rewards to create a holistic, impactful employee experience?
In the third session, we will look at all elements of compensation–what works and what does not–to meet changing organizational needs and employee priorities. We will address emerging and refined compensation vehicles currently being used to attract and retain employees. Session topics include:
- Exploring the evolving compensation landscape
- Innovations in direct compensation
- Improving pay equity and transparency
- Strengthening alignment across compensation, changing job architecture, the rise of skills, and career mobility
- Incenting and rewarding employee participation.
