In May 2020, The Conference Board predicted remote work would be one of the most lasting organizational legacies of COVID-19. Coined sometime in the last two years, the term “hybrid work” means some or all employees will be able to work some time remotely and sometime in the workplace. Our recent Reimagined Workplace Two Years Later study found that most surveyed organizations (90%) are allowing hybrid work schedules.

Talk about a managerial challenge.
During this webcast, Alan Todd, General Manager, CorpU, a Udemy Company, and Patti Phillips, PhD, CEO, ROI Institute, will join Rebecca Ray, PhD, Executive Vice President, Human Capital, The Conference Board, to discuss a unique opportunity to participate in an upcoming working group that will help leaders navigate the new hybrid world of work.
