Background

The SEC finalized the Cybersecurity Risk Management, Strategy, Governance, and Incident Disclosure rule on July 26th, 2023. With the December 18th effective date for reporting on cyber incidents under the new rule, and with companies in the midst of adjusting their cybersecurity programs to comply with the rule, this Center Briefing will provide an opportunity to learn what companies are doing now in practice and address open questions you may have.
