Leadership Skills for the New Hybrid World of Work

Formal learning activities were monitored through the Udemy Business High-Impact Learning Analytics dashboard, pre- and post-assessments were conducted to measure behavior change, and post-program evaluations determined the degree to which participation in the program adds business value to the organization. Our panel of participants in the program will discuss its impact from an individual manager and organizational perspective.
